A Space for Women to Train, Grow, and Belong

Led by Valour Co-Owner Phoebe Rodrigues, these sessions are open to complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

This is a space for women to grow at their own pace  whether your goal is fitness, confidence, self-defence, or simply having something that’s yours.

"Women Only Classes" A Programme Designed for Flexibility

Throughout the summer, Women’s Intro Classes are primarily held on Saturdays at 1:30 PM.

To provide greater flexibility for members and accommodate different schedules, some sessions will take place on Friday evenings. Once you join the programme, you’ll receive the full schedule and updates directly from our Women’s Community Group.
