This free intro class is designed for complete beginners — anyone who is curious about starting Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for the first time and wants to experience what training actually feels like in a beginner-friendly BJJ class in London.

 

You Don’t Need Experience — Just an Open Mind

 

A lot of people think they need to “get fit first” before trying Jiu-Jitsu.
But truly — Jiu-Jitsu meets you exactly where you are.

You don’t need to:

  • • Know any techniques
  • • Have martial arts experience

Your free intro class is about beginning,
not performing

Just exploring something new — with support.

Your session is a simple and welcoming way to learn how to start Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with no experience, step-by-step.

 
Here’s What Happens When You Arrive

 

When you come in, one of our team members will greet you and show you around.
No formality, no pressure — just a friendly welcome.

Your session includes:

  • • A short introduction to the space and how classes flow.
  • • Basic warm-up movements  to help you feel comfortable on the mats.
  • • A simple Jiu-Jitsu technique, demonstrated slowly and clearly.
  • • Guided practice with step-by-step support.

There is no sparring in your first class.
There is no intensity or “being thrown in.”

Everything is calm, controlled, and designed for beginners.
